Each order is processed immediately after receiving it. If the item is already available in our warehouse, I will make sure to ship your order as soon as possible. Otherwise I will do my best to create an embroidery just for you, that is as faithful as possible to the one shown. Since each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations which make each creation unique and unrepeatable.
